There was an official Skybox software update to fix this released on 23/12/13. Here's a link to my upload which can also be found on the Skybox website.

Hi m8 i put your file onto usb but cant get it

Hi can you pm me how to extract it i have d/loaded winrar. thanks m8

Just install Winrar onto your PC using the default settings, then right click your software download and click extract here. You then copy the extracted file to your usb stick which should have already formatted to FAT32 and connect it to your box. Once this is done navigate to the Upgrade by USB menu on your box, select the file, do not alter any settings and click start. Your box should then upgrade automatically.
