Hi, I have bought a Skybox F5S, I didn't read the advert correctly and I have scrambled channels. I have d/l the firmware from this site and updated through the USB but after the update I get a msg Hardware Mismatch ??? anybody got any clues, cheers

Wasnt the right firmware or your box is a clone...once unzipped the firmware name will have F5S in its title.
Also check the boxes information menu page and confirm its got a 3501c main chip

Thanks for that. I have checked everything and all is ok. I bought this skybox without gift not fully understanding what a gift was (derr me). I d/l a CCcam.cfg last night and went through all the procedures of installing it with no joy, I have even manually put a line into the Manage Config Files. It is in and with a green tick at the side of it but it is saying it is offline. Is it possible to buy a skybox without gift and get all scrambled channels or do I just bite the bullet and buy a box with gift.
