Picture not working, sound is! Weird....

Conscious of what can and cannot be mentioned, please let me know if I overstep the mark.

I have my Skybox F5 working fine, all channels seem to be working fine, apart from one....it receives the sound but no picture .. comes across scrambled. Surely it should either be no sound and no picture, or sound and picture, half and half makes no sense to me...any ideas??

What channel mate......have you tried to scan just the transponder the channels on...How to fix missing channels for the newbies

Ill update the channel list as the thread says, but surely the Freq is correct or the sound would not be working? BabyTV.

I followed the links advice and scanned the transponder, no change. Will try channel list again.

If i remember right most of the F boxes have a problem with that channel
so nothing wrong with the channel list
