hello brand new 2 this site,so not sure who 2 ask what but here goes,for last few days all channels on my skybox f3 seem 2 b in slow motion,espeicaly noticable watchen football,i didnt change aneything for it 2 happen and was fine since i got it 6 months ago, ane1 aney ideas how i cud fix this,or how it happened all of a sudden?thank u in advance.

do u have a dongle plugged in the back of your box
if so remove it as the transfer rate of the dongle/harddrive is to slow for your box
