F3 no signal problem

My mates F3 box after almost a year has came up as no signal on 95% of the channels,he's getting ss3 & sly premier (movies) and the usual bbc's and itv's,he had an aerial guy look at his dish and he says it's a 100%,anybody any ideas of how to fix this?

When did he last do a channel update? Sounds like he needs a new channel list

I done that mate,I updated aj's latest 1 last nite for him.

Try reflashing the box with scoobysnacks firmware, I would also check your LNB connection to the box.
Maybe try a freeview box or something using the LNB and seeing if that gets signal

If your going to flash the box back everything up 1st

I would use the official firmware.....SkyBox | SkyBox

but i would check it on another setup at a mate's if you know anyone with the same setup before doing anything

stupid question but did the bloke that checked the dish....just look at it or did he connect a signal meter ??
