which is best box and help with my f3 and f5s box

i have an f3 box which as died after i updated sat list and an f5s box which is working but glitches i dont no if this is todo with my internet which only runs at about 7 on a good day or the f5s box any help?
my friend has asked me to get him a box, i am wondering which is the best and most stable box to get?
