Help Please

Hi guys, im new to all this so please bare with me as I am trying to understand as I am going along.

Now the problem that I am having with the F5s is that some of the time, alot of the channels stop working and they say scrambled. For instance yesterday most said scrambled and didnt work and I did a single satellite scan but that didnt help. So what can I do exactly to make most of these channels work again.

So what exactly can I talk about relating to the skybox?
