skybox f5s problem

right then i have sky hd down stairs and a new skybox f5s up stairs, the problem is i can only get half the channels on the skybox when the sky hd on but when its off (at the plug) the skybox is fine. just wondering if theres a fix or is my skybox faulty.

any help is much appreciated.

I get the feeling Sky are installing cheap LNB's and they don't like non Sky boxes....I changed mine out for a Technomate Gold Quad LNB and its been fine.
There is mention elsewhere of a H fix...check if your only getting the V channels
