quad LNB sky + and skybox f3s

hi there ive got sky plus downstairs and 2 of the cables are going to my dish and ive got a 3rd cable for my skybox f3s should they all be connecting together in the dish beside each other or does that affect the signal . I'm all new to this so any help would be great

It shouldn't matter which 3 of the 4 ports on the LNB you use. They all run independantly of the others.
