My all channel are scrambled

Hi i buy skybox F5s 2 months ago. working fine but last few days all channel are scrambled. i update channel list try wifi off and on my 'youtube works fine i try to contact box provider but he did't answer. he never answer. so please anybody tell me what i need to do.
