no channels , tried the usual

hi all my channels were scrambled, so I updated the channel list following the guide as I usually do but no joy
I have gone into the ccam cg manager to find my provider is offline . im guessing this is the problem but I aint
even got free view atm. due to me deletng my channel list., is this something I need to take up with my provider?
or can it be sorted on here??

Load aj's channel list on or the one you normally use as if the fta channels are working and other are scrambled then it can only be a couple of things and if you internet is working and the connection to the box is fine and it was working yesterday but nt today then I'm sorry but its something we can't talk about.

Hi what box do you have ????
if your not getting the FTA channels do you have NOCH on the front of the box
are you sure you loaded the channel list correct......what does it say when you put the box on BBC1 ??

As for the offline bit.....cannot help & plz don't ask questions about that part
we can help you with the box.....but not to get scrambled channels back....

correct if you have ...no channel on front....remember to tick the file you want to upload (yellow button if i remember right)
