Skybox F5 stuck on one channel

My Skybox F5 is stuck on one channel. It doesn't respond to any keys from the remote control.

Does anyone know if it's fixable or should I start looking for another box?

are you sure the remote is sending a signal to the box ??

Yes, I've tried three different remote controls. They all work fine on my other two boxes.

Can you do it manually with the buttons on the box?

Not had an F5 so wasn't aware they had no buttons.

Was going to say to try a factory reset, but if it dont respond to any of the keys then you could try to recover the box with the RS232 lead.

Could the ir have moved inside box? I've read somewhere on here the remorte only works when right up close to the box? There's a tut on here how to open box and move the ir.
