    X5 Openbox, HELP

    Hello,

    I've purchased a x5 wireless openbox, I've followed the instructions and the box has identified the home hub. I've added the home hub password code, but the padlock sign is remaining locked. As a result of this, the box cannot access the internet, with a network error message coming up.

    In addition to the above, it is indicating a WIFI connection, but again will not access the internet.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    change firmware,after defoult setings,and start again

      Don't do as the 2nd post says this will not help

      buy some home plugs much better than the dongle
