Skybox F5 help

Hi guys,
I have been trying to set up an F5 skybox using the guide from the forums here.

The issue im having is when i go into the network menu to set up the cline there is no option to do so. I have been looking around for hours but not found any help. I have watched videos of people setting it up and the option from the menu "CCcam Client Setup" does not appear on my box. could anyone help?

Also, i have tried upgrading the firmware and i just get a "upgrade mismatch" error

It's a hidden menu mate. While in the network menu press 6666 ( have read 0000 may work too) on your remote.

What are you updating the firmware for ???

depending on where you get the firmware "file mismatch" is the wrong firmware
where did you get the firmware from then we can tell you if the box is a clone or not
then point you to the correct place
