Sky Sports 3 HD - not working

Hello,

I have a skybox F5 and have installed the latest channel list from AJ. Everything seems to work fine but SKy sports 3 HD is not working at all. It says no signal. I have reinstalled the channel list 3 times with no success. Also I have performed a Single Satellite Search and still no success on SS3 HD.

If you guys could help resolve this, it would be much appreciated.

Usually if your cable feed from lnb is very old some channels will not work are all the movies channels working?

Extremely sorry that I have not got back or replied on this post. I have been abroad for a while.

Anyway, I have tried the frequency as I have mentioned above and sky sports 3 HD still does not seem to work and also the movie channels are not working. This is despite me installing the latest channel list from AJ.

I am not quite sure what is LNB, please advise what may be the issue here?

have u installed the latest AJ 4/5/14 LIST.. if it still dos'nt work then i think your dish isn't lined up proper.

Sometimes it's worth swapping the cables around at the lnb. Had the same problem. I just moved the sly cables to different lnb sockets and and put skybox cable in another too. Sometimes. You have to try a few combinations until all the channels are working. That is I assume you're running a 4 way lnb?

Do you have any other boxes connected to the same LNB (dish)?

SS3HD is on a vertical transponder & so are most of the Sky HD movie channels. You may need the "no signal fix" from Ebay.
