Hi All,
I have recently aquired a skybox f5s and had it configured from someone who I pay, I have noticed a few problems which I wanted to get to the bottom of.
1) The Skybox automatically restarts whenever an encripted channel is viewed, at first I was told cabling which I have replaced, finally I put a new ethernet cable and the problem went away, however yesterday I run a new satallite cable to my room and the box has started to have the same issue in both places? any ideas?
2) the picture quality when watching Skysports HD is good but seems stroby, I mean it is on 1080 50 yet my eyes are starting to hurt with the concentration of strobiness of this, I assumed HD would be briliant, have tried to two channels and the same thing
3) Picture sometimes freezes, cuts out for a sec, says encripted for 10 secons, just not constant picture
Any help or ideas of the above would be great,
