    need help

    hi can anyone help me wot it is get a skybox f5 but it stuck on the tv guide and wont let me exit out of it wont even let me turn over can ive even put new batterys in can anyone help plzzzzzz

      Just to double check that the remote is working, have you tried pointing it at a digital camera/phone camera/webcam etc. to see if you can see the IR diode flashing on the remote?

              mine did this once, i just powered it down by the mains, and rebooted
