Have you tried the Latest Firmware that was released a couple of days ago to see if that has a fix for the problem if not maybe trying an older firmware may work

hi mate thanks for your reply as I said yes my firmwares are always kept up to date I just maybe thought others would have the same problem because it always worked well before the last few firmwares but if I go back I lose my EPG

I don't have any of the s series but from what you are saying it was ok before you put the epg firmware on. If that's the case, what type of usb drive are you using?

I have noticed in the past that some types of drive used to have an affect when viewing if the settings were set for catch up.

If using a USB stick for timeslip, that will be your problem. Most are not fast enough to record and playback HD channels on the fly.

no you don't get it I mean the actual you**** app itself without using usb or even a line as long as your box has internet it should work mines works but only plays the stuff then keeps freezing and playing another bit my youtube app works 100% so it has to be the app itself, and I have 80 megs connection and using homeplugs and even tried wireless but still the same

I am afraid you hit the nail on the head as you say it works fine in previous firmwares but on the newer ones it does not, its a case of when new features are added in firmwares sometimes other things get broken which appears to be the case here.

you have to ask yourself which is more important the 7 day EPG or the You**** app and falsh the firmware accordingly and then wait maybe for the software writers to fix the problem if it does get fixed at all.

Apparently i have been told that wireless is rubbish.
I use a home plug and it does scramble every so often
I have been told to take a network cable straight fm the router to the box for best results

                    hope this helps
