First thing to try is the FTA ones such as BBC HD and ITV HD just be careful asking about any illegal channels which will breach the forum rules, If the FTA ones are working then its a problem somewhere else

Sound and black screen! Other box ok!

That sort of puts it down to the box.

Try changing the V.Format by pressing the button on the remote. One press then after 2 seconds another press then wait a few seconds. Repeat four or five times or until you get a picture.

Does the f3s have the red, white & yellow or an av connection. If so try that.

The other check you could try is your f3s on another tv. If its the same then it puts it down to the box.

First I would be trying the cheap way before opening the box.

If you have an av cable of any colour connect it to the yellow socket on the box and the matching yellow socket on your tele. Put the tele on the source for the av and see if you get a picture.

Before you do that you could try on the other tele it work on, go into system menu from the box, TV System and check it on Res. 1080_50 Asp Auto, Video Out YUV and Dig Audio LPCM.
