skybox F5 problem

Hi, I have a skybox f5 which keeps rebooting and freezing when on certain channels but not all.

Does anyone know what the problem could be and what a potential solution is?

Does anyone have the step by step guide on how to install firmware on to the f5 box please. I was using it the other day and I can't find it now.

I tube was a similar problem and the update is damage, making him one recovery test and reloads the last upgrade is 12/23/2013.
I hope they serve something my contribution
