Hi Guys my mothers partner bought a new F5 box and some reason none of channels are working at all now im off to there house in a bit he emailed person who bought it from and no reply back so hope some one can advise me what's needed 
i have been told to come here and possibly download a firmware update if possible can some one email me whilst i am on way there xxxxxxxxxxx with a possible resolution for this
