I turned on my openbox and my channels where not working all saying scrambled. I got the latest channel list being AJ's Openbox/Skybox List 11-1-14 but still the channels where scrambled.So I deleted all the channels please how can I get the channels back do i need the latest firmware?Thankyou

check your gift
put the chanel list back in and check your network config
be careful what you ask as no cs talk is allowed on here

Before you start you will need a USB stick and need Winzip or Winrar install on your PC
Go to this website
Once there, go to the section
Channel List TP PROG
Download this and save onto a USB stick
Now plug the stick in the F box
First of all go to the Menu Panel and into the Edit Chanel
Click on Delete All channels ( and delete)
Next go Tools
Click on Upgrade by USB
Where it says Upgrade Mode at top press sideways on the remote till you see Misc file
press start (OK button)
then highlight TP_prog/press ok it should put a green tick at the side
press the yellow button on the remote wait till the box does its thing
Once done press exit button on remote ( it should save settings)
Exit it completely and then reboot the box.(make sure you do this otherwise it will not be saved)
Hopefully all channels will be back.
If this is to hard for you to do, then just ignore all above and go into Installation in menu button and press Single satellite search and press scan…..this will scan the whole satellite and store channels…….but these wont be in favourites but in ALL…( however this will also download all adult channels as wellComment

If all of your $ channels were showing scrambled, then it has nothing to do with the channel list. It also has nothing to do with the firmware (besides, the latest firmware for the S10 will be a couple of years old by now!).
It will be down to either your internet connection, or your "gift".
