Hi

Having issues where the channels are stuck on 'scrambled' (not a 'gift issue')

WAIT, theres nothing wrong with the ethernet as it works on the weather app and on another laptop

It just refuses to work for some reason, 'gift' says offline (BUT youtube works, well the search function and weather)

Could this be an internal problem?

Tried restoring to factory settings, still no different
DCHP is on auto

Why do you think it's not a "gift" issue?

If You Tube is working but your "gift" says OFFLINE then it sounds pretty conclusive.

Ive also tried a 'gift' test line, same problem.. but weather app works, the seller said its the box as theyre cheap, can someone confirm

In answer to your question, I would say No.

The furthest I will go on the issue is Tick. (That's the only thing that nobody seems to have mentioned.
