    skybox f5s in blank boxes

Hi I recently bought 3 boxes for my family and when they arrived they were all boxed up in just plain white boxes.I asked the seller I got them from and he told me thats how they are being sent out now..also the receiver dose not have the "skybox" markings on it any more
    thanks for your help

Does it have the 'Libertview' Logo if so then you can use the same firmware and channel list as before

Looks like they might be clones the official ones have been rebranded as 'Libertview' just as digicon has said.

Hi mate, a tell tale sign is generally a gold sticker on the back of the remote and also it generally says skybox underneath the battery cover. Im a little new to this my self so a more experienced member may be able to help further...

def sounds dodgy to me,ive got a starbox aswell as libertiew(both genuine) and both came in boxes with the relative names, logos and markings on them
ive used the official firmware from skybox.cc on both boxes with no problems at all
as for stickers on the remotes neither of mine have them but both boxes have all the indications of legit boxes and as they both handle the skybox.cc genuine firmware that is prob the best indicator

Yes this has been going on since last year a certain someone took a disliking to the original name and so slammed a Copyright suit to sort it out
