sky numbered channels

i installed a sky numbered channel list and all channels were working correctly ie: 301 movies, 401 SS1HD. i then went into favourites - lifestyle - discovery shed (i love wheeler dealers). After i watched my program i then inputted 401 and i got a 'no such channel' msg.

i have tried this method:

When wanting to type in a channel e.g 101 or 401 why do i get "no such channel" ??

Press the ok button, then press the red button then select All.
Then when you come out of that press 101 or 401 and hey presto you should then get the full list of channels.

but when i press the red button i get nothing on my screen to select anything.

use the pg buttons on the left hand side of the remote to go back to the all channel group
