No menu

When i press the menu button on my remote all i get is a blank screen, menu was working fine last night when i installed channel list.
Please Help me

Default you rbox or update your firmware. both really easy. get updates here SkyBox | SkyBox

So you can view channels OK, but cannot see the menu screens?

Have you tried connecting the box via scart/composite connections? It might have something to do with HDMI resolutions, although I don't see why it should only affect the menu. Might be worth a try though.

Thanks for your help guys, i managed to sort it. The problem was because i had my skybox connected to TV via xbox one, i have a direct connection via HDMI from skybox to TV
