f5s skybox LoAd issue

Hi,

I just updated the channel list (from AJ) and now my f5s skybox just says LoAd after I rebooted it and it won't do anything I have only had it 3 weeks. Does this mean its bricked?

My dad has a box that he got before xmas and we updated his channel list last night and it went like a dream, I done mine this morning the correct way, deleting the channel list and then updating, same way as told to in the instructions but the box never loaded up looks like I will have to try and recover it.
