Lost channels becuase of window cleaner

My window cleaner was at my door and said he had hit my satellite and that a part had come off so he has tapped it back on and asked me to check it was working, I just checked one channel and it was fine but looking today I having looked at a few channels I have no bt sports and a few others, I have tried channel scan put it still comes up no signal also tried aj's newest channel list on again. Could I need a new part or do you think all channels would be lost if damaged?

It looks like there is too much tape covering the lnb, plus sellotape wont last long, see if you can replace the broken part
which looks like the bracket, lnb should be ok but the dish might have been knocked slightly out of alignment

get a installer to come out and fix it for you, get a receipt and then bill your window cleaner. regards mdt

Looks very much like as said above the LNB Holder has been smashed and thats why the tape is there, as suggested either do it yourself or call someone out and if you do expalin that they will need a new LNB Bracket holder.

As mdt stated Bill the window cleaner clumsy beggar he must have give that a right old whack

Is flebay the best place to buy one and do I need a certain type for my satellite?
My window cleaner did say he would pay for it if it wasn't working.

A little hard to tell from the Photo but it looks like a Zinwell Quad which normally fit the MK4 dish with a clip on action but if your dish is older it will be a Push in type bracket

if its a push in you will need a Legacy adaptor: SKY LNB LEGACY ADAPTOR MK4 MK3 FOR SKY DISHES ZONE 1 & 2 BRAND NEW BUYME | eBay
