X5 Help Please

Hi All

Trying to help a friend out.

He unwittingly did a factory reset on his X5 HD box which seems to have affected which menu's are available.

I told him to upgrade to the latest firmware but the 'Upgrade by Network' option is missing.

Is there a way to bring the missing menu item back ? if so how please. If not do we need to get a USB stick to do it manually?

AFAIK "upgrade by network" has never worked on any Openbox/Skybox. So if that is the only menu option that is greyed out, then I wouldn't worry about it.
