f5s recording issues again

was having problems last week recording it wasnt coming out of standby to record. so got the latest update and installed it. tried it out and it recorded fine. one week later not recording at all. noticed a dialogue box popping up when watching the box. says someything is two slow.

any ideas whats wrong

If you are trying to record onto a memory stick, rather than a HDD, then you sometimes get that message. It means that the write speed of the memory stick is too slow. Get one with a faster write speed, or preferably, get a HDD.
