Sky box F5s

Hi I'm a newbie just got the F5s box put upgrade on box and it keeps rebooting, any ideas on how i can stop it rebooting so that i can get into the menu.

Sorry I cant help you but im curious does a F5s have a USB socket at front or only at the back of the box?

Remove the sat cable see if it stops re-booting if it still does
Sounds like you have loaded the wrong firmware....did you make a backup of the box before messing with it ???

Can i ask why your messing with the firmware ???? if the box was working which i guess it was if new....why you messing with it ??
and now you have to learn a new trick to fix it....

No the USB port is at the back.

Sent the box to be checked found out its a Clone, getting returned to the EBay seller.
