Help - BT & Sky Sports 1 Trouble

Hi, I have a "SAB Skybox" (similar to skybox f3/5) and im able to watch BT and Sky sports 1 however the channel breaks up or becomes scrambled after a bit. How can i stop this from happening? I have a fibre optic internet so i know that isn't the problem...
And is anyone having a similar problem with the sports channels or is it just me?

Any help would be most appreciated

Been asked a 1'000 time before and the simple answer is Buy yourself a decent Box, Or do what everyone else does and read through all the other similar posts and try some of the tips from other members.

Try a different Firmware, Channel list etc... OH! and by the way just because you have a Fibre Optic Broadband connection does not mean you will not have problems do some reading on how Ping times and overloaded networks can have adverse affects.
