skybox F5s needing help

skybox F5s has just started in a reloading loop gets to 100 then switches off faint number 8 on lcd then box starts reloading again
ive had box for a few months with no problems just started doing this this evening while i was watching tv
any ideas anyone

common problem its the sat feed either broken some where along the line or the poles are crossed { smaller outer wires hitting off the main pole in coax cable } check the feed matey
