skybox f3 no signal on all channels

As per the title, the other day my skybox suddenly stopped working. None of the channels work and are all receiving 5% signal.

I have not changed the settngs or anyting like that.

Any suggestions how I can fix this? I noticed it happened on the windiest day we've had for a while so thought perhaps the dish has been moved.

    Any help massively appreciated

I would think that's the problem.

Its probably just moved a little to one side so slight movement till you get a signal. Put the box on BBC1 and press the info button three times, the bars on the screen will go coloured when you pick up a strong enough signal.

You can also check the general direction here:

I went up there to try and move the dish. It was extremely stiff and would not move a bit. Is it advised to loosen the bolts etc or should I just give it some welly to move it? I don't want to make anymore problems for myself.

          Cheers for the help

You can slacken the nuts off a bit but if its that tight it may not have moved.

Have you access to another box to try and use the elimination process.
