Skybox F5S No Signal across all channels apart from FTA

    Hi All,

Got a signal of 3 - 5% across all channels apart from FTA, I have tried to remove and re - install both new and old versions of firmware and also channel lists. Do channel scans also and still no luck. Signal intensity from the dish 90% and 73% quality. Any clues let me know, it has been windy but i am unsure what my quality should be really..

    Please help

i dont think it is connector as i have just set up another box and seems perfectly fine. when going through the antenna setup some of the signals are great from the transponders and some just idle at 10 percent??

          As Nobby Nuts says above

if you have 2 box's connected to the same dish & both are switched on
sometimes one box takes the signal from the other box & interferes with the other
Do you have an official $ly box connected ??? (if so this is the cause of channel loss)

Hi mate, no i have no other box's connected. If i try another box for testing purposes i have to swap everything over. It may just be a dodgy box
