Picon File \ BMP files

Hi All,

Anyone know of an upto date Picon file? or even better somewhere to download the bmp files or a guide on making them to update the present file? i've noticed a few channels have the wrong icon

Thats the original file that came out before Christmas, i'm after an updated one, several channels noticed with the wrong or no icon including BBC3\cbeebies BBC4\CBBC ESPNHD NICK jr thats just ones off the top of my head

BBC3&BBC4 don't match up - CBBC&CBEEBIES show up. The actual CBBC&CBEEBIES channels show the right picons.

SM Valentine & SM Select show Drama&Romance & Indie.

Everything else in HD matches up.
