No program information when Info button is pressed

Hi,

When I press the info button on the remote the bar comes up at the bottom of the screen but the program information for "Now" and "Next" says "No information" and the percentage bar showing how far the program has run shows no bar and says 0%.

Any help would be appreciated.

no epg.
either the provider isn't providing one or the receiver doesn't do the 7 day epg as advertised.

Or you have it set to XML epg and no hard drive or stick connected. If that's the case then change it to sat one.

After re-downloading the XML-epg the problem was sorted.
