Lip Sync

Hi on the skybos f5s does anybody know how to resolve the issue of lip sync (sound) being slightly out of time on the audio

i have the latest firmware would it be advisable to downgrade to an older firmware? or any ideas how to resolve the sync issue

Usually happens when a "glitch" occurs I cure mine by changing channel and then go back to original channel works everytime for me.

use the pause button then un pause and that sorts it out

Is it actually lip sync or a very brief silence in audio, mostly on HD channels?
