skybox f5s not working. just says no signal

came in today and turned skybox on, just says no signal on tv screen.

reset rooter,and turned box off and back on still no joy.

box loads up ad scrolls through channels then stops but nothing comes on tv

Was it working ok yesterday? check your Cable from the dish is secure on the back of the box, and not plugged into the loop port, any other TV\Sky\Freeview boxes ran off the same dish?

it working now. had to turn the actual tv off and on for some reason
