Hi guys any one having problems with connecting your skybox useing a skybox wifi and trying to connect to a virgin superhub and it always times out.The fix is to log into your virgin superhub and change the channel number to a different number ie if your on channel 6 change it to channel 5. I no this because i sent 4 skybox wifi dongles back after changing the settings on the virgin superhub without success then as a last resort i changed the channel number on the virgin superhub from 6 to 5 and it now connects every time without fail.
