Openbox X5 Can't Access Hiddem Menu

Hi

Got a x5 delivered this morning
I am trying to add my line but can not
access the cccam menu
i have tried with 2778 0000 etc
i have also turned off CCcam lock
but still nothing
s/w version KD_P9000E_HD FTA
Build Date 11/11/2013

Any help would be appreciated

issue with that firmware
rolled back to a previous firmware
