Was just watching my fs5 box as normal when suddenly it all went scrambled, tried a channel update list and still nothing. Any ideas????

switch the box off ...then off at the wall
      unplug your router

      make a cupper

plug the router back in.....switch the box back on
      check the channels

when its restarts turn it back on then reboot the box again

                        reset the IP address
