F3 setup for motorized dish

Can anyone guide me to instructions on how to setup my F3 with my motorized dish please.
Searched everywhere but cant find anything.

The link above is not what I am looking. I am looking for configuring my skybox f3 ( i e the setups) so I can get 13,16,19 and 28 satellites. Anybody who has one fixed up and working, could you contact me or point to a link for an easy set up as I am a bit of a novice with these boxes.Thanks

Just my personal opinion you could not have picked a worse box for using as a Multi satellite receiver not in that it will not work it will just that dont expect channel lists to appear anytime soon.

I am awaiting for VU Solo 2 to arrive from China. I am only using MY SPARE F3 for the time being,but just cant getting the settings on it to work so I can watch 13/19 sats for about a week
