Skybox f3 only booting to 90

Got a f3 box here sometimes it would take a few times to boot but would eventually, now it wont go past 90 on boot tried different firmware still cant get it past 90??

Also tried a few different power supply's still cant get past 90 anyone know why it stopping at ninety had loads that stop at 97 but not 90 must be something specific??

Hi try removing the Dish cable and then turn it on this sometimes works also if you have done scans on the box numerous times without deleing the old channel list first the box box gets to a stage where it can not store anymore channels and crashed on reboot.
