scraambled channels?

on my skybox f3 im getting scrambled on all cjhannels,have updated with ajs new list 28/2/14 but still no luck,pls help

That's something we cannot discuss here due to forum rules.

I notice that your Kryptview cable box is also only showing FTA.

The fact that both of your boxes are not showing $ channels points to your own internet connection (unless it's pure coincidence!).
