Box stuck on Load and no display after channel update

Hi all, ive tried to put a new channel list on my box, something ive done several times without any problems. This time when ive turned the box back on there is no display and the box just says load. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers .

Sounds like it needs recovery. What model is it?

Sorry mate should of mentioned that , its an F5s...A friend of mine mentioned this and hes give me the cable and the usb converter for it, im just not too sure of how to go about it or which firmware i need. Bit of an amateur at all this

exactly the same thing has just happened to me. updated ajs channel list rebooted it and stuck on load. also f5s box.

Connect only the power lead that came with the box (no other cables or USB).... does it go to "NoCh" or stay in the "Load.... L001-L100... Load" loop? Mine did this to start but a smart chap put me right...
