hd scrambled

hi most of my hd channels are scrambled but not sd i can;t get any sly sport,espn, bt, eurosport,but i get mutv, lfc,extream and trace do you think it my friend who we can not talk about or something else.also my local longitude is set at 000.00E could this be the problem or is this how it should be. cheers.
