Low signal or no single on some channels how can this be fixed ?

Some channels showing low or no signed like Disney hd and fox +1 and a few more how can this be fixed. I've tried making a no single fix lead that didn't make a difference . I read some people put a old firmware on and say it might work will this work? I don't know if I can downgrade to old firmware

Sounds more like dish allignment issue

Hi.... Try and put it on a low signal channel and then skew the LNB by slowly twisting it round or adjust the dish slightly. Also check cable is screwed in properly.

My old starview hd was working ok on the dish. Can I downgrade my FW? Could this help ?
