Step by step guide to update F5s FW,

Hi, First off Thanks for all the contributions on here.. (i've used this site to update my channel list etc all ok)
I want to take the plunge and update the fw of my skybox.
I've got the image off this site and
Backed up my image ( image and setings) to abs
and then backedup all the misc files

The question i have is
after i push the update fw onto the box
what wll i need to setup after this?
all the sattelite, ccam and tv channel stuff? or can i just reinstate certain files that i backed up to getmy box fully functioning again..
IF so does anyone know what files? and any specific order
OR if somone has a link to step by step guide?

firmware will not delete any of your files/channels it just will update firmware

If the box is doing what you want it to do leave it.

If its not broke dont try to fix it.
