Help needed

Hi guys hope I'm not breaking any rules here but could do with some advise

On Friday my channels were scrambling a lot so had a test off another guy, I added it but couldn't tell whether I was using his or my original one, he said delete the old one and try his, as I had a back up he said it would be fine

I tried his and decided to delete it out and put original one back in today... It's installed but all non FTA channels are scrambled, am I missing something, any help please guys
